M3 EXTRUDER
It stands out for its cutting-edge technology and robust design, focused on productivity and durability in intensive industrial environments.

Strong and durable welds
The M3 bonds plastic parts firmly, creating joints resistant to time, pressure, and temperature. Ideal when you need repairs or assemblies that last.
Power and performance
Its high-efficiency motor allows it to work faster than basic models. It can melt up to 3 kg of material per hour, which means less working time and greater productivity.
Precision in every application
Designed to maintain stable temperature and material flow, ensuring uniform finishes without bubbles or deformations.
Your joints will be clean, smooth, and professional.
Ideal for repairs or field projects
Weighing approximately 6 kg, it's easy to transport and use directly on-site or in the workshop. Perfect for repairing tanks, pipelines, geomembranes, or machinery parts.

CHARACTERISTICS
- Model: M3-ECO-F (ECO-M series) according to technical data sheet.
- Maximum welding rate for PP/PE: ~3.2 kg/h with Ø4 mm bead, ~1.8 kg/h with Ø3 mm bead.
- Base material thickness range: from ~8 mm to ~25 mm for the M3.
- Approximate weight: ~6.4 kg for the M3 model.
- Equipment length: ~660 mm (~26”) for the M3.
- Compatible base materials: PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PVDF (fluoropolymer) as typical materials.
MORE DETAILS
- When welding/extruding filler metal, make sure to use filler rod compatible with the base material (PE/PP/PVDF) and a bead of the appropriate diameter.
- Temperature and speed control is key to ensuring a good bond: the M3 allows rates of ~3.2 kg/h for Ø4 mm, indicating that the user must coordinate speed, wire feed and air/mass temperature.
- Ensure the base material thickness is within the range of approximately 8-25 mm for optimal results with this model. If the thickness is greater, a higher-capacity model may be more suitable.
TIPS M3
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
New equipment has a European connection; ideally, you should have a European female connector. If that's not the case, we'll show you how to connect it to the American system.
To connect it, we share the following specifications:
IMPORTANT:
- Consider the NEMA in which only the physical ground should be connected (Image).
- Ideally, in the industry, you should use a separate thermal switch from your load center (the amperage range can be from 20 to 30 Amps). If you have any questions, please contact technical support.
GENERATOR CONNECTION
In the Americas, generators have a 240v female outlet, and you must identify the NEMA.
Important:
- Once you have identified the NEMA, you must obtain the male that corresponds to the NEMA.
- You just need to connect L1 and L2, which is the equipment voltage, and add "T" ground.
- When purchasing a generator, you should pay attention to 3 important electrical characteristics:
- Watts
- Voltage
- The most important one is how many Amps it delivers per phase.
We recommend having an extension where you can have a MULTI-CONTACT module so you can connect your equipment independently.

MAINTENANCE
How often should you perform maintenance on your equipment?
- Deductive
Applied by the operator
- Tighten the connections periodically.
- Clean the filters daily.
- Purge the device every time you finish your shift.
- It is important to purge with natural polyethylene welding every month.
- Before connecting your equipment, you should leave your generator running for ten minutes to allow it to stabilize.
- Once 10 minutes have passed, every generator should deliver 235 to 240 volts.
- Before doing this, we suggest you always check your line (L1) to ground with a multimeter and L2 using the same procedure; each phase should deliver above 110 volts. If it is less than 70 volts in any of the phases, do not connect your equipment under any circumstances; send your generator to a service center.
