  • When welding/extruding filler metal, make sure to use filler rod compatible with the base material (PE/PP/PVDF) and a bead of the appropriate diameter.
  • Temperature and speed control is key to ensuring a good bond: the M3 allows rates of ~3.2 kg/h for Ø4 mm, indicating that the user must coordinate speed, wire feed and air/mass temperature.
  • Ensure the base material thickness is within the range of approximately 8-25 mm for optimal results with this model. If the thickness is greater, a higher-capacity model may be more suitable.
